Our 2nd floor deck and rooftop deck are both a welcome retreat for residents and their guests. Escape to the rooftop to enjoy sweeping views, comfy lounge chairs and tables, serene landscaping and a partial covering, so the deck can be enjoyed year-round.

Moda Valet

Located in the lobby of the building, Moda Valet provides a full-range of convenient services including dry cleaning, laundry, professional tailoring, and maid services.

Laundry Room

No one likes to do laundry but our energy-efficient washers and dryers make it just a little easier on you and the environment. And talk about saving some energy… instead of running down to the laundry room, you can check online to see if your laundry is done!

Children’s Room

Tell the kids to go to their room — the children’s room. Complete with toys, games, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an awesome underwater adventure theme that’s sure to delight.

Lounge

Why should kids have all the fun? The Moda lounge offers you and your guests a flat-screen TV with surround sound, a DVD player, comfortable seating and a pool table. Ask about renting the room for a private party.

Fitness Center

Getting to the gym is a little easier when it’s in your own building. Our fitness center is outfitted with the latest weight lifting equipment and cardio equipment, as well as flat screen TVs. Membership fees apply.

As an added convenience, free Wi-Fi is available throughout our common areas, including the lounge, lobby, children's room, fitness center, 2nd floor deck and even the laundry room.
